High-frequency power supply: high-speed digital oscillation, high-power VMSO field effect transistor and adjustable frequency are adopted in the main oscillator circuit of high-performance digital pulse power supply. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high output power, fast cutting speed, high surface finish and low wire loss.

Three-dimensional four-axis linkage, integration of coding and control, CAD interface, DXF graphics files directly read into programming, ISO code control, real-time tracking of processing graphics, three-dimensional modeling of working contour, and display of various processing states.

It has more than twenty functions such as cutting up and down profiles, equal cone, variable cone, time-sharing control, power failure memory, short circuit backoff, wire break protection, edge positioning, analog checking, automatic shutdown, automatic center finding, arbitrary angle rotation, quick zero-return check, automatic programming of special graphics, etc.

Machine tool integral C-type structure, high rigidity T-type bed, X, Y axis full stroke support. Molybdenum wire automatic tensioning mechanism and gemstone nozzle are used to stabilize the wire. It is equipped with high pressure paper core filter water tank and electric centralized lubrication system.
